Maison Margiela Perfume's Soul of the Forest Eau de Parfum (100ml) is an invitation for soul-searching in the midst of the meandering trails and quiet beauty of an ancient forest.
In quest of that elusive quality that lends age-old woods their enigma, master perfumer Quentin Bisch dreamt up the fragrance's core notes. The bespoke blend fuses dry cedarwood atlas with musky Indonesian patchouli and earthy, almost damp moss accord for an altogether authentic and grounding scent experience that makes you feel the grandeur of the space. At the top, pimiento berries and blackcurrant buds add a lush, moreish note for an indulgent finish, lending a final layer of mysticism.
