On the nose, young, elegant Shiraz Viognier blend showing red currants, cinnamon, forest floor fruits, touch of floral spice, and soft vanillin oak. Sourced from Blocks 3 and 26 from Severn Scenes Vineyard, this is a distinctive Granite Belt cool climate Shiraz style; very delicate, lovely Shiraz essence with intense cherries and plum, and lovely hints of apricots from the Viognier. Firm tannins, good intensity and well balanced supporting oak.
